Mom & Baby Classes
Our Mom & Baby classes are designed for new and experienced moms. Our classes focus on the bond between mom & baby and creating a supportive, safe, and judgement free place for you to come with your baby to get our of the house, meet other moms, and have some fun while do it!
All classes take place at our Boston NAPS Studio located in South Boston. Some classes are a series while others are single classes. Use the calendar to choose the date of the class/classes you would like to attend in order to register.

moms Survival guide
Our Moms Survival Guide series is a 6-week series that meets weekly and encourages you to get out of your house early and often with your baby. Whether you are a new or experienced mother, we welcome you to join us. Our groups will be run by a nurse who specializes in mom and baby care. We will discuss specific topics each week, and provide education and support to one another as women and mothers. Come meet other mothers who have a baby the same age as yours while learning the tricks of the trade of caring for your newborn, feeding and sleeping schedules, traveling with a baby, relationship changes and much more! Moms with babies 0-6 months welcome.
Little Yogi & me
During this mom and baby yoga class, we invite you to bring your little one and practice yoga that will be good for the both of you. If the baby is awake, we'll use him/her in our practice and if by some miracle he/she is sleeping, you can get your yoga on! Get out of the house and meet other moms to support one another or restore some sanity. Crawlers are welcome, and we are happy to accommodate mobile babies, as long as you feel your child will enjoy playing, watching, and maybe even participating with you in the class! You know your child best, and we trust your judgment.

Move & Baby BARRE
Mom and Baby Barre is a relaxed and fun atmosphere where you can get your sweat on, bond with your little one and meet other moms! Class will focus on toning the muscles, post-natal safe core exercises, and stretching. Moms will have the option to wear their babies in a carrier for the first half of class for the standing work, however, babies are free to hang out in their carseats/boppy pillows/or on blankets for the whole class if you prefer (especially if they are sleeping and you don't want to wake them!)
Fit FOR babe
Carving time for yourself is tough when you have a little one at home. Take your baby with you and incorporate them or let them sit beside you as you get an amazing total body workout in! This 45 minute class will use a variety of equipment from dumbbells, bands, and your own bodyweight. We will hit all major and minor muscles groups as we work side by side our little one, on and off the mat. For safety reasons, please no crawling or walking babies and make sure to be cleared by your doctor before resuming your fitness routine.

Southie Stroller bootcamp
Join us for a fun, outdoor workout with your child at M Street Park (Medal of Honor Park) in South Boston. The class will include a warm-up at the park with your stroller, followed by a pilates mat workout to focus on strength, conditioning, and core. Kids of all ages are welcome.
There will be portions of the class when your child will need to remain in the stroller, and other times where they can play and socialize with other kids, or join you on the mat! Mats will not be provided, so be sure to bring a yoga mat, stroller, and any other items you or your child may need.
